Before leaving for Marseille, we will be serving the bouillabaisse that will be served at the world championships!

■March 11th (Wednesday) and 12th (Thursday)
Lunch from 12:00
Dinner is served in two sessions: from 18:00 and from 20:00

*There are only 12 seats in each room, so you may have to share a table.
🍴The first course is soup de poisson, and the second course is a traditional dish of decoupaged fish and soup, served with a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage🍷

It's an extraordinary price for a bouillabaisse, but it's also a way to show gratitude for the experience!

There will also be a lecture on how to eat authentic bouillabaisse, so please take this opportunity to try it!

The Great Kyushu Exhibition will be held at Takasaki Takashimaya!
La Verveine, a shop in Yufuin, Oita Prefecture, run by a senior couple who have been very kind to our chef, will be opening a French pastry shop for the first time!
Each and every baked confectionery is handmade with no additives.
Perfect as a gift or a treat for yourself 🎁
There will also be gourmet food and local specialties from all over Kyushu on display, so it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!

The husband and wife who run the French restaurant La Verveine have extensive experience training in the south of France, and the restaurant serves excellent southern French cuisine.

Thank you for visiting us in February 🇫🇷
Mimosa is starting to bloom, and it's slowly becoming a spring food.
The firefly squid and spring vegetable risotto is a must-try dish!

Last week, a customer walked for over an hour to visit us.We enjoyed bouillabaisse and Cassis rose wine from the south of France.
My husband and I were envious of the way they ate and drank, even at lunchtime.
